Complete our Kentuckiana Builds program at the Louisville Urban League and start a career in the booming construction industry. Also, you’ll make $100 per week for the six weeks of training (up to $600 total).
Complete the M-TEC training at the Kentucky Manufacturing Career Center and get connected to a career in advanced manufacturing. Also, you’ll make $100 per week for the three weeks of training (up to $300 total).
Earn your Google IT Support Professional Certificate and get the skills you need to start a promising career in the tech sector. Also, you’ll make $25 per training for 20 courses (up to $500 total).
Youth Development & Social Services
Get trained and certified through the Louisville BLOCS program to work with young people and empower them to meet their potential. Also, you’ll make $25 per training for 10 sessions (up to $250 total).

Reimage - a partnership between Kentuckianaworks and the Louisville Metro Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods - offers a second chance to young adults age 16 -24 who have been involved in the court system.
Reimage provides assistance with career training, GED prep, enrolling in college, finding a good job, navigating the court system, transportation, and much more! Click here to see the full list of youth services.
Participants are paired with professional case managers as well as mentors who serve as role models. There is no cost to participate in the Reimage program.
Reimage does strategic recruitment in several West Louisville neighborhoods where the need is greatest, including Russell, Shawnee and Park Hill. However, eligible youth and young adults from all areas of Louisville can participate in the program.
